Not only some of the customers who called in suck you know.. even some of the ppl working with u suck so much as well.. BTH sia. I TELL U SOMETHING.. your policy claims ar.. WAIT thousand years den get refunded back to uUu.. so you wait long long lo..

Do you know what shit does the Medical insurance covers? ESPECIALLY the NEW PLANS that just came out.
Actually, I agree with some of the callers who called in to complain about their stuffs. One called in to complain about the newly offered as-charged plans (u know what lar hor). Any post-hospital treatments will be covered within 90 days after discharge.. and when does Restructured Hospitals have several follow-up appointments that can be SQUEEZED within 90 days after discharge from hospital?? They take EONS to have an appointment with you fyi. That caller actually had several appointments that spanned over a year plus because for each appointment with the doctor she had to wait a few months. So when she said that her plan could not cover her post-hospital treatments, i almost wanted to say.. SUAY LAR U.. my fault ar?
AS-CHARGED SO WHAT? ALSO CANOT COVER... LOL.. yah you really damn suay..
When another caller asked whether he should get any policies from GE or NT*C Incme, I REALLY wanted to tell him.. PLS GET FROM GE. They settle your claims faster at least. Coverage not bad as well. But of coz, EVERYDAY im lying to customers.. HEH.. so sad isnt it.. NO CHOICE tho.. MUST PROMOTE THE COMPANY as an employee hor....
Anyway, some ( IN FACT MOST ) of the customers are also just as shitified. Nevermind if they were not able to catch your name.
I hate it when i CATCH WRONG customer names. Like for EG:
A customer who thinks he was VERY FUNNY----->
When asked: "May I know who is it I am speaking to?"
Guess what i heard... "UTTERLY" *in super fast tempo*
Right, so on i went: "I see.. All right, Mr Utterly, may i know how to SPELL your name?"
Customer: " A R T H U R L E E "
Kill me please. It was actually his name AND surname together. Who ask him to say so fast. Luckily i asked him how to SPELL his name.
Ah.. the next funny thing is sometimes people call in to ask you to fix their pacific internet connection.. so cool eh... OH even BETTER.. call you to ask for LTA number.
