Ok, I would like to talk about their after sales service. As I had misplaced my Installation CD for my Vision M, I had to make my way down to its outlet at PS. I was actually quite surprised when the customer service officer over there handed me a new Installation CD without much hassle. And it wasn't any type of those CD-R or diskettes whereby they burned the installation software for you and there you go. It was the exact same CD which came with the mp3 player in the box.
It was unlike Maxonline, whereby, when you lost the modem driver CD, they actually sent you a DISKETTE. My god, a DISKETTE ok, at least a CD-R can??? =so no class=
I thought they would have probably sent me the original driver CD. Well, they should have at least a not-very-loose coupling with their supplier Samsung to provide better service to customers----like requesting of an exact same replacement CD for the modem driver.
Haha, was so happy that I almost wanted to hug him coz I can finally organize the songs in the player properly. *and I still cant remember when I placed that dumb installation CD*
Hmm, watched a movie today. Something Devil something Prada. I aint really interested in remembering the movie title. No other comments about the show except that Pirates of the Caribbean was a nicer show than the Devil Prada show.
I bought Wow Tako for the noisy person at home and she looked like some toot who hasn't eaten for days the moment she saw the tako balls.
Ok, I want to sleep now.
