Watched "Dim Sum Dollies - The History of Singapore" at the Esplanade just now.
Super funny.
Especially with their chopsticks a.k.a Hossan Leong.
U can't eat Dim Sum without Chopsticks, you see.
Selina Tan called herself DUA BAO, when you try to think of a dim sum to represent her..
LOL.
I heard someone shouted BA BAO (Meat bao) in the theatre ok.
And I didn't know xiao long bao is not a dim sum leh.
Cause I also thought anything that is in a basket is a DIM SUM.. LOL.

OK.
I had to admit that I threw away all my History of Singapore.
I forgot that Peranakans are Straits-born Chinese until Hossan mentioned it.
He was dressed as a female Peranakan.. HEE.
He looked great in heels by the way.
And he said this:
We Peranakans are Straits-born Chinese...
But this name also quite confusing sometimes...
Because my brother, brother-in-law, uncle, grandfather always come to my house and try my dresses, skirts and heels....
STRAIGHTs-BORN.... *starts to shake head and TSK*

I thought that was pretty corny of him.
If you got what he meant.. HAHA.


Took a picture of yK and psf after the show.
It was quite crowded still, though most of the shops were already closed.
Probably the crowd required more time to disperse.

I spotted Chua En Lai in his green sweater.
I'm quite sure its him leh.
Unless I pa jiao.
But I am usually pa jiao wan.. LOL.

Ate at Cartel after the show.
Because most of the the cafes already close shop.


Look at this pathetic cheese they gave me for my potato wedges.
See already also no mood to eat.

Polar, yk, da bian, polar sister, and psf sang me a birthday song with a wafer ice-cream.
Love them!
It didn't come with a candle because cartel was so poor they couldn't offer any.
They were so poor too, that they only had limited cakes for sale that by the time we arrived...
NO more cakes left !!!
And Cartel had REAL BAD service that I felt like tearing down the whole place.

Ooooo.... They gave me a great birthday present too......~~~~

Then, it was time to head home........
But........


Look at the main road near Raffles City Shopping Mall.
So empty.....!!!
How to hail a cab like that??!!!
We decided to on-call a cab eventually...
And yK still had to wait so long over the phone just to confirm one taxi. ZZZZ.
Can someone please improve the transportation infrastructure a bit?
Island small enough already, transportation infrastructure still so lousy.
Throw face sia.
Like that how to govern a bigger country?
Small red dot enough for you already lo.
