Har! I finally uploaded SOME of the pictures for the Korea Trip...
Shanghai ones haven't uploaded OK...
Wah my lifespan half gone already.....

Some things cropped up at the airport before we even get to board the plane....


The tour leader was LATE for 1 hour 15 mins!!!!
We almost couldn't check-in to board our plane!!!
This person over here was FUMING over the tour leader's absence.....


Fortunately, we managed to get our air tix!
Rushing to departure gate NOW!!!
WEET~~


Finally found our seats!
Wah... last min check in still got window seats leh....
Cool!


The food onboard......

But I was super hungry then...
So I feasted on them like some Prisoner-Of-War~~~~

We arrived in Shanghai to transit to Korea......
And we decided to settle for some food before we board the plane again....


Hmmm..... -.-

We spotted Hainanese Chicken Rice on the menu....
And we happily ordered it thinking that it should taste better than the ones found in Singapore..
In the end......



We GOT A BLOODY CHICKEN!


Everyone eat until BIN CHAO CHAO .......
And the food at the airport was so freaking expensive...
One plate of food around 14 plus plus Sing dollars....
ZZZZZZZZ........

The 100 metres women sprint will begin in another 5 mins time along the travellator......



Wahhhh we finally landed...
My butt open flower already.....
Sit too long on the plane.....



WOOT... thirsty like anything....
I felt like I just came back from a Desert....
So hard to get water on the plane....
Maybe they don't want to serve us too much water...
In case we pee too much on the plane...
And cause the pee tank on board to overflow......

We finally got onto the coach on the way to the Hotel...
SO TIRED!



Streets of Korea....


Can see anot..... Bed LEH.....
Like found gold....
At last, we could get some proper rest......



But in the end, we went out for a stroll along the streets......
Instead of turning in early....
Hehehehehehe.....
We shouldn't be sleeping our time away when the weather outside
was SOOOOOOO cooooool~~~

Just look at how CLEAN their streets were....


WEEEEEEEEEEEE......

Because we strolled too long along the streets last night...
We ended up turning in quite late.....
And the next morning.......
We were almost late for the reporting TIME.... lol.....



And I had to wear my socks on the coach~~~~~
Because I didn't have time to wear them in the Hotel room..
However, we turned out to be the SECOND earliest group to arrive ok...
Everyone else was LATE...
MUahahahhaa......



Breakfast wasn't fantastic at all...

Next stop is Kimchi School.....

I was quite bored during kimchi lesson....
Because..
Firstly, I don't like to eat kimchi...
Secondly, I don't intend to make ANY kimchi(s)....
Lastly, the kimchi teacher called me XIAO DI so loudly that the entire kimchi classroom could hear her....
I almost threw my kimchi at her.......

Then its Hanbok-wearing time....

Must discuss where to start shopping first..
All the shops look almost the same...
Like replicas of one another.. LOL...

We also went to eat GINSENG chicken......
Quite tasteless leh....

We also visited waterpia at night....
For a swim......

The indoor and outdoor pools were connected...
And its damn cool....
To be swimming and sitting in hot springs outdoors in the cold winter weather....

Because we couldn't bring our cameras as it is not water-resistant...
I decided to grab some of the pictures from other websites....
Hence, it wasn't night time in the pictures anymore.....

Spent the night at the Waterpia Resort....
Tatami for the night~~~!!!


That night before I slept...
I noticed that someone had prepared the brush and toothpaste on the table....
Queuing to BRUSH TEETH!!!!
LOL.....
How adorable.....


Ok.... next....
We went to climb a mountain called~~~~~~
Mount Sorak.....

Don't you think it looked like a freaking BIB to you?! LOL....
So cute....
Don't know which lousy painter did that....




Haiyo... early in the morning go climb mountain.....
Look at the temp outside....
9 degree celcius~~~!
The wind was strong like anything at the top....


On the way to mountain top.....


The mountain was steep.....
You could roll all the way down anytime....
Easy to climb up but difficult to get down....





We started to play around at the foot of Mount Sorak after descending from it....
Anyway, there wasn't much to see and eat there ......
So.... naturally we started to CAMWHORE!











Lunch at the mountain was filled with plentiful Kim Chi(s).....
Hahahahahaa.......

Next up....
Ski TIME!







The cable car ride was boring...........




Wah I tell you...
This dumb goggles....
NO USE WAN...
In the end I didn't even use it during skiing.....



Messy messy~~~!



This person wore the ski clothes
And ended up looking like some fireman.....


Oh and she was doing morning exercise first....
Before she on duty......

Too bad, we were advised not to bring our cameras during skiing..
In case we injure the camera or the camera injure us..
Hence, no pictures of the skiing moments!!!!!


We also visited the setting of the cafe found in Winter Sonata...
I never watched a single episode of that show....
ZZZZ....
Nevertheless, we just went into the cafe to have some fun....


Buffet breakfast the next morning at the ski resort....


The girls got disgusted by how much EGG I ate....
LOL.....

Our room.....
The furniture was rather interesting.....


We decided to walk over to Itaewon since it was nearby....
But in the end, most of the shops were already closed...
How sad...

So late already still so many cars.....


I spotted the Fire Brigade in action.....

Since we got so bored at Itaewon.........
We decided to make our way to this tall building that look like a toothpick to me.....
Since it was nearby too......
We thought we could drop by to visit....
By the way, that zebra-looking crossing in front of us IS NOT a zebra crossing OK...
Its a traffic light crossing....
Must wait for green man to cross leh......
Don't play play.....


And so....
We walked and walked and walked.....
Look at the signs...
Wow.... ma chiam I know how to read......


The roads were quite empty now....
And the weather became colder....


The girls were wondering.....
Where was the toothpick-looking monument??????
They deduced from the MAP that the building should be nearby.................................


We finally found the toothpick-looking building on the top right in the picture~~~
And LOOK~!
So adorable.... that bloody building was situated ON TOP OF A HILL.....!!!

So we decided to take pictures with the toothpick building....


And made our way back to the hotel.....


Dropped by a convenient store to grab some food.....


And looked what I've found....
